The TRP (Tactical Response Pistol) has decades of use and reliability backing its name, and the original impetuous for that series of firearms was a request from the FBI’s Hostage Rescue Team. Now, the TRP from is receiving an enormous upgrade as Springfield Armory has announced new TRP AOS 1911 handguns that are cut for optics from the factory with sultry Cerakote finishes as well.
