With a closed length of 7.33″ and coming in at 8.5oz, this fillet knife can easily be thrown in a pack for a camping trip or quick impromptu fishing trip. The 5.81″ blade is made from Swedish 14C28N steel, while the pivoting handle is made from aluminum with a stainless steel liner. And for anyone worried about the knife opening up in their bag or pocket, there is a handle lock built into the knife to make sure the blade won’t ever open unintentionally.
