The redesigned Pflueger Trion spinning reels still retains the smoothness anglers expect from a Pflueger, but now enhanced with the Total Line Control system. This feature allows anglers to use any type of fishing line, mono, braid, or fluoro, while minimizing line twist and wind knots. The main body and rotor of the reel are constructed of lightweight graphite, sporting an aluminum handle with a soft-touch handle knob. The spool is made from aluminum and is braid-ready, so no need for mono backing. Additionally, for better line lay and casting distance, the Trion now features a slow oscillation design. For bearings, it has a 6+1 system, except for the 20 size, which is a 4+1, for consistent and smooth retrieves. These new reels are available in five sizes (20, 25, 30, 35, 40).
